With more than 1.250 members, Jong Rabo is the network for young employees at Rabobank. Our committees organize more than 50 activities each year, varying from personal development, company visits and networking. Jong Rabo also acts as a sounding board for the entire organization, representing the voice of young employees working at Rabobank up to the age of 36. With 80 committee and board members, divided into 15 thematic or regional groups, a diverse range of activities is ensured each year!

Jong Rabo provides a safe environment for young professionals to focus on their personal development, connect with others and to be able to share their opinion on relevant topics.

Of the 50 activities organized each year, we can divide them all into one, or several, of these six categories; personal development, team building, company visits, building knowledge, discussing key theme's (with (senior) management), sports and networking. In total, Jong Rabo offers around 1500 activity places for members each year, throughout the Netherlands and internationally!
You can become a member if you are younger than 36 and work at Rabobank. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your location, position and level of education. The majority of activities are freely accessible for the membership fee of €28 per year.
