The Advisory Board assists and advises the Jong Rabo board on, for example, their policies and the development of a vision for the future. The Advisory Board consists of Ugur Pekdemir (Chairman of Rabobank Metropoolregio Amsterdam), Marc Jansen (HR), Sasja van Ravens (former Jong Rabo chairman) and Seline de Groot (former Jong Rabo chairman). The members of the Advisory Board have a diverse background, which results in the ability to advise Jong Rabo from all different angles from within the bank. They also include the Jong Rabo board in the most recent developments and themes within Rabobank. In previous years the Advisory Board has advised Jong Rabo on the preparation of the annual plan, alignment with current strategic themes and the impact on these themes on Jong Rabo and young professionals of Rabobank.
