GROW! Wrap it up!

GROW! Will you work on your personal development?

As we all know, it is almost time for our annual GROW wrap-up. During your wrap-up you will reflect on the progress you made last year and the goals you have reached. The wrap-up is also the perfect moment to reflect upon your future career and goals. Yet, it can be difficult to structure our wrap-up. What kind of examples are best to use? In what kind of way do I write down my wrap-up so my message is clear? How do I improve my wrap-up session? Well, if you're searching answers to these questions, then this is the event for you!

During the event we will have two workshops. The first workshop will focus on the wrap-up and the second on coaching.

Wrap-up Workshop
The Wrap-up workshop will be given by Esther Leferink Geuke and will focus on the wrap-up conversation and Workday. Esther will guide us in the following topics: which points need to be added to the wrap-up, how to use Workday as a Rabobank Linkedin profile and how to prepare for your goals for the coming year.

Coaching
The coaching workshop will be given by Jorrit Kortink – an experienced coach from the Rabobank. In this workshop you will learn what coaching is, and how coaching distinguishes itself from mentoring or teaching. You will also practice with coaching.
The coaching workshop will also give guidance for a follow up meeting. You will put theory into practice! In a follow up meeting we will coach eachother on our GROW goals in small groups.
