2023, after the year of coronavirus, our life is gradually back to normal, however, normality also means that we are striving for dealing with other issues.  

The Ukraine war, the high interests rate, the energy crisis, and the high inflation… How do we survive within all those difficult situations as young professionals at Rabobank? How do we survive the inflation? How do we survive to find our own positions within the team, the department and the organisation? How do we survive a fuck-up at the workspace? How do we survive daily (hybrid) life / Fokking druk (fucking busy)?

Are those questions standing on your concerns right now? We're here to help! Do you want to discuss with our first speaker Jeroen van Baar about the “prestatiegeneratie”? Or join our workshop to deep dive into buying the first house, finding mortgage, and building assets? Or come to improve your communications skills, and give feedback to each other?

We will welcome the School of Life to share more about “fuck up”. Not only about managing unforeseen circumstances, stress, but also managing emotions, and making mistakes. Last but not least, we are very honored to invite one of the most famous Dutch speakers, Thijs Launspach, who work very closely with millennials. He will tell us everything that our generations face, the “fokking druk” life, and how to become your own personal leader?

If these do not sound very interesting; we will have our borrel at Uncle Jim, you will meet your fellow colleagues with a drink.

We offer you a full day which we will kickoff with the yearly ALV of Young Rabo. After the ALV, we have a line up of three keynote speakers and four different workshops of which you can attend up to two workshops! Lunch and drinks after the event are included for this event and free of charge.
