How many assumptions do you make without even realizing it? Our world is becoming more and more complex and our brains deal with this by generalizing. No problem right? At least not when you are aware of these prejudices and biases.
During this event we will dive into the world of biases together with Roeli Pot, our Global Manager Diversity & Inclusion.
Program:
- Starting with the battle of the sexes. Who will prevail from the (wo)men?
- What bias is and what effect it has on our surroundings. Including eye openers.
- Drinks with each other
